Brand Management

It is the "outsourcing" service of the marketing department. One consultant from Markam team is the project manager. We work fulltime. The entire marketing activities of the firm are being managed. The project lasts at least one year. 


Continuous Consultancy

The projects are for long term. It includes all aspects of the marketing mix. One consultant from Markam team manages the project full time or part time. The project lasts at least one year.


Segmentation/Positioning/Architecture Projects

The market is divided into parts that can be managed according to various criteria. The areas to focus are determined (segmentation and targeting) How the brands should be perceived in the consumer's mind is decided (positioning) The brands' relations with the main brand and each other are defined (architecture) They are managed by teams 3 people. The projects last 3 to 6 months.
 


Marketing Management

A business model is made for the marketing department. A reporting and documentation system special to the firm is developed. It includes intensive meeting programs with the marketing and related units. It lasts for 2 to 6 months.


Brand Development

A detailed market analysis and feasibility study is done.  It includes naming, launching and marketing plans. A consultant from Markam team works full time or part time for the project. It lasts for 3 to 6 months. 


Brand Audit

A detailed analysis of the brand's environment and the brand management process. Current situation is clearly determined. The market is evaluated by internal interviews and workshops. An evaluation report is presented to the top management. Total project time is 1 to 2 months.
